Some people choose between being an artist and a scientist. Asif Pervez never did. With over 18 years of engineering experience — and more than a decade of filmmaking running in parallel — he has built a career that defies simple categorisation.
As a Chartered Engineer (CEng MCIBSE, Eur Ing), he has delivered complex MEP systems across landmark healthcare, hospitality, and residential projects spanning the Middle East and United Kingdom — navigating FIDIC contracts, RIBA workflows, and multi-disciplinary teams across two continents.
As an award-winning filmmaker, he has directed 13 films since 2015 — thrillers, dramas, action, and experimental works — through his production company Color Frame Studio Ltd, with titles listed on IMDb and recognised at international festivals.
As a technology founder, he built Buildynx — an enterprise SaaS platform for the construction industry — and established Envirospan Engineering Ltd as a chartered consultancy practice in the UK.
